Derrek Osterzyzek named to Real Estate Forum’s 2017 50 Under 40

Having recently transitioned to brokerage after spending eight years on the principal side for Invesco Real Estate, where he closed $600 million in acquisitions, Derrek Ostrzyzek has made an immediate impact.  As a director covering Southern California, he’s part of a team that within the past 18 months has completed 30 transactions involving $2.3 billion and 8,300 apartment units.  He brings a unique investment background to Moran & Co., having covered the full spectrum of asset types from development to core opportunities.  Outside of his duties at Moran & Co., Ostrzyzek is the current chair of the Orange County and Inland Empire ULI Multi-Housing Initiative Council.
