The properties are being offered on an “as is, where is basis” at a price of $255,000,000, equal to $100,631 per unit.
The Holland/Bay North Portfolio represents the opportunity to acquire up to ten well-located and recently upgraded apartment communities in the Pacific Northwest at well below reproduction cost. Built between 1981 and 1997, eight of the properties are located in the greater Seattle area, one is in the Olympia, WA area, and one is in the greater Portland, OR area.
