The Summit on Lake (“Property”) will be a 42-story luxury residential high-rise development consisting of 332 apartment homes and 178 parking spaces in the East Loop submarket of downtown Chicago, located one-half block west of Michigan Avenue, two blocks south of the Chicago River, and 1 block north of Millennium Park.
