Christine Espenshade

Chris joined Moran & Company as a Director in its Mid-Atlantic office in August 2009 to assist in expanding Moran’s operations in this important region. Chris’ most recent experience in the real estate industry consisted of managing a $1.5 billion portfolio of multi-family assets for MuniMae. During her tenure at MuniMae, Chris also managed the sale of $500 million in investments in real estate and real estate backed debt to national clients. Prior to joining MuniMae in 2002, Chris managed $900 million of real estate for JPI and Archon in portfolios across the United States, including an oversight role in the disposition of $250 million of multifamily assets. In addition to her asset management and disposition roles, Chris’ extensive experience includes the development of student, senior, and family housing, property management, construction management, accounting, valuation policy, and underwriting.
