Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams, Moran and Company’s partner in charge of the Pacific Northwest region, has extensive experience in the management, acquisition and sale of troubled real estate assets, loans and loan workouts. From 1991 -1999, with BEI Companies, J.E. Roberts Companies, and Archon Group, Jeff managed and executed the largest and most complex asset management and disposition agreements known as “SAMDA’s.” Jeff was a member of the RTC’s “SWAT Team,” a select team to manage the most complex, litigious and politically-sensitive assets in the RTC’s prevue.

As a Team Leader managing 10 professionals, Jeff either oversaw or directly negotiated the successful disposition of over $2.5 billion in loan assets in over 36 states and over 60 markets. The team underwrote and priced tens of billions of loan and real estate assets offered by the RTC and failing financial institutions. Jeff’s team was instrumental in the execution of the industries’ first non-performing loan securitization, resulting in $276 million in proceeds, and the negotiation of one of the highest profile, most complex relationships: Craig Hall’s $700 million non-performing loan portfolio.

Jeff’s specialties are in loan workouts, personal guaranty settlements, foreclosure process/negotiations, management of multi-jurisdictional litigation, acquisition/pricing of non & sub-performing loans, and sale of REO assets.
