Jeff Williams

Jeff opened the Seattle office of Moran & Company in September of 2006. He is principally responsible for managing marketing assignments and client relations in the Pacific Northwest. Jeff's experience includes over 20 years of experience in acquisitions, asset management and dispositions. A substantial portion of Jeff's experience includes acquiring and repositioning troubled properties via various value-added strategies. Often, the successful execution of the repositioning strategy allowed these properties to be transformed from a troubled property to an institutional quality investment.

Jeff has shared key responsibility for acquiring real estate valued in excess of $2 billion and has been responsible for dispositions valued at over $2 billion. In addition, Jeff was a part of the senior management team responsible for structuring and executing one of the largest public-to-private REIT transactions in the US, the sale of the NYSE traded REIT, Walden Residential, valued at approximately $2.1 billion, involving 45,000 apartment units. During the past four years Jeff shared key responsibility for acquiring multifamily properties values in excess of $600 million and held key responsibility for the sale of approximately 6,000 units with an estimated value of over $400 million.
