Matt Clark is the Director of the Phoenix market. Prior to joining Moran & Company, Matt was a Vice President at Fairfield Residential where he was responsible for redevelopment acquisitions in Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Northern California. While at Fairfield, Matt successfully negotiated and closed ten acquisitions in the Phoenix market, representing 2,569 units and an aggregate purchase price of $224 million. His experience at Fairfield also includes debt restructurings, property underwriting and valuation, and financial reporting. Prior to Fairfied, Matt was previously an investment banking analyst at Tucker Anthony Capital Markets in Boston where he worked on the mergers and acquisitions of middle-market companies.
