Peter Evans is a Partner in Moran and Company's Chicago office and is responsible for managing marketing assignments and client relationships in the Midwestern United States. Peter, with over fifteen years of experience in the structuring of multifamily financing vehicles, originated and placed nearly $1 billion of multifamily mortgages during his tenure with Glaser Financial Group, NorthMarq Capital and Developers Mortgage Corporation. His experience as a senior multifamily loan underwriter with Freddie Mac and as an appraiser brings additional depth in representing buyers and sellers in land joint ventures, pre-sales, equity placement and the purchase/sale of apartment communities.
