Paul Harris opened Moran and Company's Southwest Regional office in Dallas, Texas in June 2003. He is the Partner and Broker responsible for managing all marketing assignments and client relationships in the Southwest Region with particular emphasis on the major Texas markets. Prior to joining Moran, Paul was Director of Multi-family Investments for Archon Residential, a Goldman Sachs subsidiary, with responsibility for all of Archon's national multi-family acquisition and disposition efforts. During his eight years with Archon he completed the sale of 255 multi-family properties with over 56,000 units, which generated over $2.4 billion in disposition proceeds. During the same period Archon acquired almost 29,500 units in 101 properties valued at approximately $1.4 billion.
