Randal Howard

Randal joined Moran & Company as its Mid-Atlantic Regional Partner in May, 2009 and assumed principal responsibility for expanding Moran’s operations in this important region of the country. Randal’s extensive real estate and capital markets experience encompasses more than $12 billion in multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office and hospitality transactions nationwide, representing all forms of capitalization, including outright sales, equity joint ventures, debt placement, entity formation, acquisition, and advisory services. Randal co-founded Washington, DC based Keystone Realty Capital in 2004, where he completed more than $1 billion of transactions involving residential, mixed use, office and retail assets located primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to forming Keystone, Randal served more than 20 years with Eastdil Realty Company, where he was the managing partner in charge of the formation and operation of three of Eastdil’s offices, including Washington, DC. Other career highlights include acquisition responsibilities at Grosvenor International and Patriot American Corporation.
