Richard Lundregan

Richard Lundregan is the Managing Partner of Moran & Company’s Mid-Atlantic region. Based in Washington, D.C., Rick is responsible for multifamily development and asset transactions, including financial and land joint ventures, pre-sales, equity placement and the sale of existing real estate assets.
