Thomas F. Moran is Moran & Company's Chairman. He founded the company in 1971 as an investment firm with capabilities in property management, asset management, finance, condo conversion and asset repositioning. He founded the Moran & Company brokerage business in 1995. He is an active participant in the solicitation and implementation of major brokerage assignments and is focused on expanding and improving Moran & Company's platform nationwide.
