Thomas P. Moran

Thomas P. Moran is a senior broker in the Costa Mesa office. Tom is responsible for land sales, pre sales, existing rental sales, properties with value-add potential, condo conversions and reversions in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. He has experience with bond financing, tax credits, and ground leases, as well as transit-oriented properties, urban properties, and properties associated with major retail centers.
