Stephen Jackson is a Director in Moran & Company's Chicago office and is responsible for the underwriting and execution of disposition assignments. Mr. Jackson has more than 22 years of commercial property experience ranging from consulting and advisory services to brokering more than $3 billion of CBD and suburban office buildings, enclosed regional shopping centers, multifamily, luxury resort, and mixed-use properties on a national basis. He has also brokered development parcels and fractional interests, credit tenant lease transactions, sourced debt financing and brokered the recapitalization of joint venture partnerships.
Mr. Jackson's clients have included private equity funds, foreign investors, developers, real estate investment trusts, pension funds and advisors, insurance companies, and high net worth individuals.
