Richard G. Evans is an Associate Director in the Chicago office. His responsibilities include valuation, economic underwriting, and financial analysis. He also supports the creation and production of Moran & Company’s marketing materials and the due diligence process for marketing assignments in the Midwest.
Prior to joining Moran & Company, Richard was an Assistant Vice President in the Acquisitions group of Kennedy Associates. In 5 years in the Chicago office, Richard directly participated in the sourcing, underwriting, internal presentation, and closing of over $750 million of office, industrial, apartment and retail assets across 5 Midwest markets encompassing both acquisition of existing assets and development. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
