Michelle Tarbell is a Senior Associate within the Denver office. Her responsibilities include valuation, economic underwriting, financial analysis and market research. She also supports the preparation of marketing materials for assignments in the Mountain States Region.
Prior to joining Moran & Company, Michelle was a Senior Property Tax Consultant at Thomson Property Tax Services. Her primary responsibilities included valuation and corresponding real estate tax appeal of multifamily and industrial properties within a seven state region. Additional responsibilities included attending appeal hearings, negotiating ad valorem values, preparing property tax projections and analyzing market data.
