Jordan Meylan is a Senior Associate in the Denver Office. His responsibilities include property valuations, writing of offering memorandums, market research, economic underwriting, and financial analysis. Prior to joining Moran and Company, Jordan was a Valuation Manager with Integrated Asset Services (IAS). His primary responsibilities included valuing portfolios of bank owned properties around the United States
Prior to IAS, Jordan was a Real Estate Analyst with Carmel Partners where he worked assisting on the acquisition and disposition of value-add multi-family assets, as well as on ground-up development of multi-family projects. His responsibilities included property valuations, market research, economic underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, and the writing of investment packages.
