Tim Brown is a senior associate in the Seattle office and a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Washington. His responsibilities include valuation, economic underwriting, marketing and due diligence for assignments in the Pacific Northwest region. Before joining Moran & Company, Tim was the finance manager for the Seattle office of a national real estate developer and prior to that spent 10 years in the commercial mortgage banking business.

Chris Ross is an analyst in the Seattle office. His responsibilities include assisting the partners with property valuations and the creation of property and portfolio offering memorandums. Prior to joining Moran & Company, Chris was an analyst for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, where he assisted in the managing and monitoring of 170 loans secured by multi-family properties primarily located in the Puget Sound Region.
