Lindsay is a licensed broker in California and Washington, and a LEED Accredited Professional. She supports the west coast partners on marketing assignments by writing offering memorandums, overseeing production of sales marketing materials, conducting property tours, and coordinating due diligence. Lindsay is also primarily responsible for collecting and indexing all current information on apartment developments, sales, and economic information.

Erin O’Driscoll Miller is an Associate in the Irvine office. Shawn Hansen is an Associate in the Irvine office. He is responsible for assisting the directors with property valuations, writing offering memorandums, performing market research, conducting property tours, and coordinating due diligence. He is also responsible for the office’s ad hoc financial modeling assignments, and to date, has created proprietary underwriting models that are frequently used to evaluate land sites, ground-up developments, portfolio recapitalizations, unstabilized apartment communities, and troubled and/or stalled condo reversion projects. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
