What do you find most rewarding about working at Moran & Company?
I really like the people. You feel like you’re part of a big family, and not a cog in the machine. People help each other, and don’t ask for anything in return. It started with Tom Moran and Mary Ann King, who have been great mentors to me and many others. They’ve built an incredible culture. When you work with people you like, you have a team to root for, and you look forward to coming in to work each day.
